Shipping addresses can be adjusted on an order while it is in Pending status. You must locate the order and the select edit to change the information.
In an order has already reached been accepted into the production queue and has an In Production status, you must request an address change through a support case. Addresses can be adjusted while an order is In Production, but OKC does not guarantee that a change do address request will be completed before the order has shipped.
Orders that have left our facility or have reached a Shipped status cannot be rerouted or have changes made to their addresses.
