Orders can be expedited through our packaging process for a $50 fee. Expedited orders will be packaged on the first day they reach production and they will be shipped with Fedex-2 day or another applicable expedited shipping method.
For an order to be expedited it must be in Pending status, or you must request for an existing in production order to be canceled and cloned as an expedited order (the new order will be packaged and shipped on the next business day).
Please provide the OK Capsule Order Number (OR-#####) so we can be sure to expedite the correct order. This order number can be found in your client portal.
