What are "return to sender" orders?

Carrier Returns and return address.

Return to sender orders are shipments that could not be delivered by the carrier for various reasons.

These orders are sent back to the OK Capsule and due to the perishable nature of the supplements, these orders are disposed of. This is because we can no longer verify the integrity of the orders after they have experienced unknown environmental and other conditions after leaving our facility.

Additionally, the carriers we work with require the OK Capsule production facility to be the Return Address for all orders.

  • OK Capsule currently does not reship these orders.

The best method to avoid return to sender orders is to implement an address validation on your store / front-end to ensure address integrity before orders are submitted.

  • OK Capsule does not validate customer addresses.
