Currently, client users are restricted from creating packs.
However, If you want to make a pack from scratch, please create a support request with the number of placeholder packs you require.
Note: If you are a Shopify client and a brand new placeholder pack is made, you must sync the new pack through the Connection Settings in the client portal.
Otherwise, you can edit and repurpose any existing curated pack added to your account.
Note: All pack edits must occur in the client portal.
You'll see your new placeholder packs listed under Products >>>> My Packs. You can edit them with the desired supplements and pack name. Please be advised that if your designs are limited to our Standard 30 pouch design, you are only allowed 1 uniform Time of Administration (ToA). So, make sure all products have the same one, generally the default is Morning. Additionally, you can put up to 8 pills per pouch.
Once you have finished editing your packs, you can navigate to the Connection Settings section and select Edit>>>> Product List >>>> + Add Packs button and you'll be able to sync the new products to your Shopify store.
Once a product has been synced to Shopify and a Shopify product created for it, it cannot be synced again to override any changed information on either the Client Portal side or Shopify side. Please see the Pack and Supplement changes article for more details.
