Bulk orders are an order type that are placed all at once, produced together and meant to be shipped to a singular location.
Bulk orders must be quoted by a member of the OK Capsule team.
The orders will be charged to your account before production and then bulk shipping cost will be charged separately once the orders have shipped.
Shipments may go out in more than one box depending on the order.
Bulk orders require a minimum of 20 units (separate supplement rolls) of the same pack type.
For example: A the bulk order containing both an Energy Pack and a Focus Pack must reach a minimum of 40 units (20 and 20).
To place a bulk order, please submit a support case with the following details:
The number of orders.
The generic consumer name that will be printed on the order.
For example: Friend.
The pack type / contents of the orders.
If the pack is not a curated pack, please provide a pack name as well.
The address in which the orders will be shipped.
The expected delivery date.
Any desired delivery or carrier type.
Any special packing requirements.
Such as: padding between dispensers, order rolls only (no cartridge or dispenser), etc...
