Company and consumer address types

There are multiple address record types that have different uses in our portal.

​Consumer Account Address Types:

  • The consumer's address that the order will be sent to.
    ​

Client Account Address Types:

  • Return Address - This address will automatically be filled in with our production facility address, as required by the carrier services. This address will appear on all shipping labels in the format below.
    ​

  • Billing Address - This address is used for billing by OK Capsule. Not visible to Clients
    ​

  • Brand Address - This is the Distributed By: address that must be visible on the back cover of all pamphlets as an FDA requirement. This address is automatically pulled into the design by a dynamic field.
    ​

As a Note: Billing and Brand Address can be the same.
