You need a medical certificate (for example, for IMT in Portugal)
You have mild symptoms or a follow-up question (like a UTI, allergy, or asthma flare-up)
If needed, the doctor may contact you in chat to clarify details. Any documents — such as prescriptions, referrals, or certificates — will be sent to your email and available in your Oladoctor account.Prescriptions are directly emailed to the address associated with your Oladoctor account. If you're placing an order for the first time, the prescription will still be sent to the email provided during the process.
