When you integrate Omniconvert Explore with Omniconvert Reveal, your Pre-delivery NPS survey is automatically created. It is also enabled by default, so once you add Explore's conversion code on the Thank You page, it starts to be displayed.

The audience will be automatically set-up on the “thank_you” page, so the customers can receive the survey only after they made the purchase.

NOTE: If your thank you page has a different URL and does not contain the words “thank_you” you should change the URL condition accordingly, by adding some key words from your URL, in the Pre-delivery survey's Audience tab:

For example, instead of “thank_you” you can have “order_received”.
