We cannot edit orders that have already shipped or are over 60 days old. Groupbuy orders cannot be edited once the groupbuy window has closed and the products are no longer available on our website.

If you would like to edit your order and it meets the requirements above, please email us at help@omnitype.com to edit your order.

We will need your order number, the product you would like replaced, and the variant you would like to replace it with.

Please do not place another order and ask to cancel the incorrect one as you will lose the 3% restocking fee that all refunds/canceled orders are subject to due to Shopify processing rules.
