The most common reason for not seeing your order, when you are logged in, is Shop Pay. If you used Shop Pay to checkout and your email on your Shop Pay account is different than your Omnitype account email, then it will override and place the order under the Shop Pay email. This is a Shopify/Shop Pay setting that we cannot change. (If you would like to avoid this, it is best to make your two account emails match.)

If you did not use Shop Pay and you don't see your order when you are logged in, you most likely used a different email to order.

If you still can't find your order after checking other emails, please reach out to our support team.
