K59/D59 is the Fn key for Bauer Lite. it won't show up or activate on a key-tester because it simply switches between layers and doesn't actually send a function to your computer. It's a local function on the PCB, so there's nothing to worry about. Please refer to the build guide to see the default layout of the PCB.
