Can I get a refund?

We generally want you to be happy with your Ompractice membership!

Our memberships have a free trial period which allows you to cancel during the trial period without being charged, and ongoing you can cancel your Ompractice membership at any time without penalty.

If you cancel your Ompractice membership, you'll have access for the remaining membership period and then your card will not be re-charged.

Contact Us for a Refund:

At Ompractice, we aim to make the refund process straightforward and fair. If you need a refund, contact our support team, and we’ll help.

  • Either reach out via email at info [at] ompractice.com, or hit the bottom right hand chat button, and let us know the reason for your refund request.

Refund Process:

  • If you request and are eligible for a refund, we'll process the request through our POS, and it usually takes 7-10 business days for it to get sent back to the card that you used to make the transaction. (Note if you've changed card numbers, sometimes this will take longer.)

Monthly Subscription Refunds:

  • If you need a refund for your monthly subscription, we can refund the current month of membership.

Annual Subscription Refunds:

  • We can generally do a pro-rated partial refund up to 60 days from purchase.

A note on Renewal Reminders:

  • Our system sends renewal notifications before annual membership renewals, so if you need to cancel your membership, we generally request that you do so before it renews!

  • You can change your credit card via the renewal reminder, or message us to send you your private portal link at any time.

Is your situation different?

  • Just ask, and we'll do our best to help – we'll make exceptions on a case by case basis, and generally want to support you.


❤️ PS: a gentle request from us as a small business:

  • Credit card processors typically don't return fees to businesses when you request a refund. (We understand life happens, but if you know that you want to cancel, please just let us know before renewal so we can avoid this!)

  • Please don't use a credit card chargeback as a way to get a refund – just ask us! If you initiate a chargeback, we aren't able to actually refund you once it's been initiated, and are required to spend time disputing it in order to maintain standing with a credit card processor – and it's a pain all around! The chargeback process is really challenging for small business – we really just want to help!
