I already have an Ompractice membership, why am I seeing prices?

If you’re seeing prices on Ompractice, it could be due to a couple of reasons:

1. Not Logged In:

  • If you aren’t logged into your account, you’ll see prices for our classes and memberships. Make sure you log in to access your membership benefits! Usually when you are signed in, the system will keep you signed in, but occasionally it will log you out. (To check to see if you are logged in, head to https://app.ompractice.com/ and you should see "Welcome, [your name]" – if you don't, go ahead and log in again!

2. Membership Not Activated:

  • If you’ve created an account but haven’t activated a membership, you’ll see prices for our classes and memberships. To check to see if you have a membership activated, log in, and head to: https://app.ompractice.com/memberships (if you don't see a membership there, just send us a quick note in chat, or email info [@] ompractice.com and we can help sort you out!
