OTS Payments - Daily Payout Option

OTS Payments (powered by Stripe) is now available to all On The Stage clients. Learn more about the benefits by following the steps below!

What is OTS Payments?

On The Stage is committed to keeping our platform safe and secure, with proprietary measures that result in 10× fewer fraudulent transactions than the industry average.* OTS Payments builds on this by offering a faster, simpler way to manage transactions and payouts with added financial protections.

With OTS Payments, we cover costs from chargeback fees and fraud, reducing risk for your organization, while streamlining workflows by removing the need for a separate Stripe account and centralizing payout reports in the OTS dashboard—all at no additional cost.

There are no additional costs to switch to OTS Payments—your current processing fees stay the same. We encourage customers to opt in for added peace of mind, stronger security, and a simpler payout experience.

👟Walkthrough

In the left hand navigation bar on your dashboard, select "Finance" and then "Plan and Bank Details."

Scroll down to the Payment Method and select "Direct Deposit (daily)."

After selecting "Direct Deposit (daily)," click on "Add Information" and you will need to add an email address for the financial process.

Over the next several steps, please enter the requested information and click "Save" on every page.

Please select the Business location and type of business:

Enter the financial contact for the account:

Select the Industry and the URL for the organizations website and provide a description of the organizations events:

Select the bank utilized by the organization:

Include any information for the patrons to understand about the organization:

Review and make any necessary changes needed on the information provided:

Click Save and this will finalize the setup for your Daily Payouts:
