Productions and Fundraising Tabs:
On the Productions and Fundraising tabs, the charts now ONLY show data relevant to either Productions or Fundraising. The data is not co-mingled, so now customers can easily see the sales data associated to each side. You can play around with the date ranges to confirm but this has been thoroughly tested.
In the graphs, we’ve reduced the number of data points in the graphics because were getting chaotic and illegible. By doing so, our data now looks more impressive. The changes we made are:
Cart Abandonment Email and Cart Abandonment modal have been combined into “Cart Abandonment.”
“OTS Email” and “Pre-Post Email” have been combined into “Automated Emails”
We’ve updated the UX of the tables that appear at the bottom of the Promote screens to match our other newer tables in the platform (and improve the user experience).
“Upcoming” Before:
“Upcoming” After:
Major changes to “Upcoming:”
The tab name has been changed to “Scheduled” to better align with what we have now on custom campaigns.
The “send test email” button is now a clearer link, ensuring that it’s easy to understand what it does.
The customer can now click the subject name (the one unique identifier) to view the email/post.
Customers can now filter by productions in the top right.
“Performance Metrics” Before:
“Performance Metrics” After:
Major changes to “Performance Metrics:”
The tab has been renamed “Published” so that it makes a bit more sense alongside “Scheduled”
Instead of having column headers that call out multiple data points like both “Opens” AND “Impressions” and having multiple types of data in the same field, we now show the unique data in a collapsable/expandable row below. This aligns with other newer tables in the platform.
The main headers “Sales” and “Sales total” are the same across all Sent/Published tabs.
Custom Tabs:
The graphs at the top are as follows:
Automated Revenue by Week graph (at the top)
Total Sends
Total Sales
Total Revenue
The tables at the bottom have 4 columns:
Scheduled (shows upcoming scheduled emails)
We show the type of email (based on the template)
The name of the the email (that the customer provided)
Clicking this on all tabs opens the edit screen
The segment that was selected
The send date/time
The on/off status
Additional actions in the action menu
Send test email (sends per usual)
Duplicate (will create a copy, ask the user to name the email, and send them into the edit flow)
Archive (sends to the archive tab)
Sent (shows emails that have been sent with relevant data):
In addition to the data mentioned above, we also show:
Sales
Sales Total
Upon expanding the row, the customer can see Sends and Opens (this follows the same pattern as Productions and Fundraising where we show the sales/sales total at the top and expanding shows the additional data)
Customers can Send a test email and duplicate the email
Draft shows all emails currently in draft mode. Note that any time an email is created, a draft is automatically created. From the overflow button, customers can send a test email, duplicate and archive.
On Archive, customers see all archived emails. If a customer archived an email that was scheduled, it will no longer be sent.
