Performance Metrics for Promo Emails and Social Media

We've got tools to help you track the success of your email and social media campaigns!

👟Walk Through

Click on Promo Campaigns from the left dashboard. In addition to scheduled promo emails and social media, there is a second tab called Published.

  • This tab will show all of the emails/posts that have been sent, plus the following analytics:

    • # Sends (if email)

    • # Open/Impressions (for either email or social)

    • # Likes (for social)

    • # Sales (for both email and social)

    • Sales total (for both email and social)

  • If you interact with any of the emails or posts in one of the ways above, the numbers in the table will update every hour.

Click on the down arrow to expand the metrics.

🎭 Note that if you test using a test email (from the preview features), the numbers don’t get tracked.
