Unpublishing Your Event

This action can be completed if there are NO ticket sales or tickets pending in carts.

You can now unpublish shows on your own, with our requiring intervention from Customer Support so long as there are no tickets sold for the event.

To unpublish a production, the use selects the overflow menu from the More Actions menu on your Show Details page.

After selecting Unpublish you will see a dialog box informing them of what will happen.

If the user elects to Unpublish…

  • all scheduled promotional emails are unscheduled.

  • all scheduled social posts are unscheduled.

  • the production is returned to Draft mode.

You will be able to make changes to all attributes again (seating chart, etc.) that are not editable once published. You can Publish again when ready.
