You can unpublish shows on your own, without requiring intervention from Customer Support so long as there are no tickets sold for the event.
đWalkthrough
To unpublish a production, open the overflow menu by clicking the arrow by the More Actions button on your Show Details page.
After selecting Unpublish you will see a dialog box to confirm you would like to Unpublish the event.
If you elect to UnpublishâŚ
all scheduled promotional emails are unscheduled.
all scheduled social posts are unscheduled.
the production is returned to Draft mode.
You will be able to make changes to all attributes again (seating chart, etc.) that are not editable once published. You can Publish again when ready.
