The Show Details Page

This article will walk you through all the important information that can be found on your Show Details page.

There are some reasons why you'll want to be familiar with your Show Details page:

  • it is the hub of all the detailed information about each show.

  • it is incredibly customizable per show for all of your different event needs.

  • you can make edits and changes to these section based on your organization's or show's needs.

👟Walkthrough

To access the Show Details of your desired show, find the show under the Productions tab and click on Details.

There are many important details about your show that can be found on this page.

The first section is titled Show Details and Dates.

You can see your show's Venue Details and Dates and Times.

The next sections are Ticket Types and Ticket Details.

Important information such as your fee style and sales tax is located here. You can limit the number of tickets per order, include your exchange policy, enable donations, and notify patrons if you allow refunds.

The next sections are On-Sale Details, Refunds/Exchanges, and Ticket Order Messages.

The last section on the page is Checkout Details.

🎭 Noteworthy: This is where you can set show capacities (for General Admission shows), turn sales on and off, view/add/activate/deactivate ticket types, add performance dates, email ticket holders, add ticket types, and cancel/postpone performances. Please note that some features are locked out when a show is in HOLD mode. To access them you must RESUME your show status.
