We’ve made several updates to Widget Configuration to give producers more control over how events appear to patrons.
Hide Availability Status
You can now choose to hide the Availability Status when using the List or Gallery widget views.When this setting is disabled, patrons will no longer see availability badges such as:
Good Availability
Selling Fast
The Sold Out badge will still appear on any performance that is sold out, regardless of this setting.
Hide Ticket and Time Filters
You can now hide the filters for:
Number of tickets
Available performance times
When this setting is disabled, these filters will be removed from the widget experience.
Images and Description Moved to Show Details
The Images and Description section has been removed from the Widget Configuration page. These fields can now be updated directly from the Show Details page.
Image Upload Improvements under Show Details
The image uploader now includes a built-in crop tool, allowing you to adjust images during upload instead of requiring a fixed aspect ratio beforehand.
Rich Text Descriptions
The Description field now supports rich text formatting, including:
Bold
Italics
Bulleted lists
Numbered lists
