Order Screen

We've made several improvements to the Orders page to help you find information faster and take action on orders more efficiently.

Simplified Search

The Orders page previously included multiple search fields for different types of information. Now, there's a single search bar that allows you to search by:

  • Confirmation Code

  • Patron Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

Simply type what you're looking for, and we'll find the matching order; no need to choose a specific search field first.


Quick Actions with the Overflow Menu

A new overflow menu (⋮) is available on every order. This menu lets you perform common order actions directly from the Orders page without opening the Order Details screen. The available actions depend on the order's payment status.


Items and Order Status Are Now Separate

Previously, item information and order status appeared together in a single column.

These have now been separated into two columns for improved readability.

Items

Displays what's included in the order, such as:

  • Tickets

  • Donations

  • Subscriptions

  • Fundraisers

  • Add Ons

Order Status

Displays the payment or refund status of the order:

  • Completed

  • Partially Paid

  • Reserved

  • Partially Refunded

  • Refunded


Updated Item Chips

Item chips have been refreshed to make order contents easier to understand at a glance.

Item Counts

Chips now display quantities.

Examples:

  • 6 Tickets

  • 1 Add On

  • Donation

Updated Naming

Merchandise fulfilled through Printful is now grouped under Add Ons.

Using the Overflow Menu

The overflow menu is available:

  • On each order in the Orders list

  • Within the Order Actions section of the Order Details page

Only actions that apply to the selected order will be displayed.

Available Actions by Order Status

Orders That Are Not Fully Paid - Reserved

You will see:

  • Collect Payment

  • Send Payment Link

  • Copy Payment Link

Fully Paid Orders - Completed

You will see:

  • Resend Order Confirmation

  • Print All Hard Tickets

  • Download Tickets

Partially Paid Orders

You will see:

  • Mange

  • Collect Payment

All Orders

The following action is always available unless status is Reserved:

  • Process Refund

🎭 Noteworthy: "Print All Hard Tickets" and "Download Tickets" are disabled when all tickets in the order have been released.


Action References

Resend Order Confirmation

Sends the original order confirmation email to the patron. Available only for fully paid orders.


Print All Hard Tickets

Opens the Print Tickets window and allows you to print all active tickets in the order at once. Available only for fully paid orders that contain active (non-released) tickets.


Download Tickets

Downloads all active tickets in the order as PDF files. If multiple tickets exist, each ticket is downloaded as a separate PDF. Available only for fully paid orders with active tickets.


Collect Payment

Opens the payment collection flow for orders that are not fully paid.


Send Payment Link

Emails a payment link to the patron so they can complete payment.


Copy Payment Link

Copies the payment link to your clipboard so it can be shared manually.


Process Refund

Allows you to refund an order.

Single Payment Orders

You can choose between:

  • Full Refund

  • Partial Refund

Split Payment Orders

Only a full refund is available.
