Add Holds to All Performances and a Singular Performance After Publishing

Adding Holds to a Seating Chart

Add Holds Across the Full Production Run

  1. Navigate to the Seating tab within your performance event.

  2. The Availability page will display your production's full date range.

  3. Select the seat or seats you would like to update.

Important: Changes made from this view apply across the entire production run, meaning the seat status will be updated for every performance.

Once you select a seat, the settings panel will appear on the right side of the seating chart.

Set Status

You can assign one of the following statuses:

  • Available - The seat is available for purchase.

  • Blocked - The seat is unavailable for purchase.

  • Hold - The seat is placed on hold and unavailable for general purchase.

To add a hold, select Hold, then click Apply to selected seats.

Seat Attributes

You can also assign an attribute to the selected seat:

  • Normal - Standard seating.

  • Member - Identifies the seat as a member-designated seat.

  • Wheelchair Accessible - Identifies an accessible seating location.

  • Companion - Identifies a companion seat associated with accessible seating.

After selecting the appropriate status and/or attribute, click Apply to selected seats to save your changes.

Adding Holds to a Specific Performance

If you only want the hold to apply to one performance rather than the full production run, select By Performance at the top of the Seating page. From there, choose the applicable performance using the arrows and update the seat status.

This allows you to manage performance-specific availability without changing the seat's status for every date in the run.
