For a camp or class, start with Camp / Class Check-In. It's designed as an attendance roster and helps answer:

For an event, start with Check-in Reports. It provides a broader operational picture, including capacity, fulfillment, tickets, add-ons, seats, and order information.
Outstanding Balances & Payment Plans
There are several reports related to money that hasn't been fully collected yet. The right one depends on the question you're trying to answer.
