Once your website is published, follow the steps below to prepare for your livestream:
Two weeks before opening night, you’ll receive the Switcher Studio login credentials from our Support Team. The account we provision you with will already have custom RTMP feed credentials entered in for you.
Download the Switcher Studio app on your iPhone/iPad.
If you are using multiple cameras to stream different angles, download the Switcher Studio app on each device.
Make sure to check out our livestream studio page by clicking on My Productions and then clicking the Live Stream Studio button next to your production. This will take you through the steps to test the stream before opening night, and enable live chat to connect with your patrons during the performance.
🎭 Noteworthy: We HIGHLY encourage you to check your Switcher Studio login and settings before the day of your event to make sure you are up and running without issue for your show.
