You are always welcome to use original or licensed artwork for your ON THE STAGE website and related assets, provided you have permission to use the art, granted by the artist or licensor. You will be asked to attest to this permission in the site builder before uploading your files.
Image sizes for uploading are as follows:
Logo: 400px x 100px
Header: 1000px x 100px
Home: 1000px x 695px
Banner: 1000px x 100px
Social Media / Marketing Email: 1000px x 1000px
The social media and marketing email image is the one that will be included in OTS promotional emails sent on your behalf.
Above sizes are recommended for the best rendering on the show page. You can see in the picture below where your uploaded images will live on your live ticketing site.
To add an image, click on the corresponding image box.
Next you will be asked to drag and drop your image, or browse for the file you wish to upload.
The below image is what browsing on your PC to select your file looks like.
The below image is what the upload page will look like if you choose to drag and drop the file.
Once you locate your file, push Open or Done in the bottom right corner for a drag and drop.
Your image will now be uploaded onto your ticketing page.
If you need to adjust your image size, one way to do this is by opening the image in Paint, and adjusting to the recommended pixel size above.
