When creating and uploading your original or licensed artwork, the following image sizes are required:
Logo: 400px x 100px
Header: 1000px x 100px
Home: 1000px x 695px
Banner: 1000px x 100px
Social Media / Marketing Email: 1000px x 1000px
🎭 Noteworthy: The social media and marketing email image is the one that will be included in OTS promotional emails sent on your behalf.
Above sizes are required for the best rendering on the show page. You can see in the picture below where your uploaded images will live on your live ticketing site.
To add an image to upload, click on the plus sign in the corresponding image box.
Next you will be asked to drag and drop your image asset, or browse to choose the file you wish to upload.
Once you have selected your file, push Open or Done. Your image will now be uploaded onto your ticketing page.
🎭Noteworthy: If your uploaded image is not uploading correctly, you may need to adjust your image size. One way to do this is by opening the image in Paint, Canva or another photo editing program and adjusting to the required pixel sizes as listed above.
