Setting up donations is easy!

Please note: If you need donations to be tax deductible, you need to check the box below. It will not automatically apply even if you are a non profit.

On The Stage makes it easy for your patrons to support your organization through donations. We offer the ability to toggle on a separate Donations tab. This allows your patrons to know exactly where give donations on your website.

Here's how to toggle on this separate tab:

  • Log into your On The Stage account and click on the Productions tab on your dashboard.

  • Find the production that you would like to edit donations for and click on Details.

  • On the show's dashboard page, click on the Donate tab.

  • Click the toggle button from Off (grey means disabled) to On (red means enabled).

  • In the text box, you are able to add a message. For example, this message can tell patrons what their donations will be going towards or just to say thank you.

  • On the Donate tab, there are red buttons for “$5,” “$10,” and “$20.” A patron can click on one of those to give a donation, or they can enter in a customized donation amount where it says “$ other amount.” The patron clicks the Donate button to add it to their carts, completing the donation.

🎭 Noteworthy: Patrons can make donations without purchasing a ticket. Donations are not refundable.
