Here’s how you can track where your donations are coming from, depending on how they’re collected:

  • via Fundraising Campaign

  • or during Checkout on your Production Site.

If a patron donates via your:

Fundraising Campaign

  • You can track these on your Fundraising Dashboard. Your Progress bar will show how close you are to your goal.

  • You can also view your Details of the campaign to get a closer look at your Progress bar and Leaderboard.

  • All donations to this campaign are separated and fully reportable.

OR

Donations via Production Site Checkout

  • This is when patrons donate during ticket checkout

  • You can track these by running the Donations Report from your Ticketing Dashboard to see donation totals by date

🎭 Noteworthy: When reviewing donations processed through Production Site Checkout, you cannot distinguish whether a donation was intended for a specific fundraiser or just a general contribution.
