There are two ways to use the Live Check In List offline:
Access your Live Check In List from a device that is connected to the internet and keep it open. You may continue to use the Live Check In List to admit patrons to your venue even when/if your device disconnects from the internet.
The list will automatically update when a WiFi connection is reestablished, so none of the check in transactions that took place while offline will be lost from your ON THE STAGE account.
Print your Check In List and admit patrons to your venue manually. Keep in mind, however, that this method will not allow your front of house staff to sync patrons who purchase their tickets at the door to the check in list itself. For this reason, manual check in should be considered a workaround in cases where WiFi is not available and no hotspot can be established only.
🎭 Noteworthy: If you plan to use a manual check in list, be sure to turn off online ticket sales before you print (we recommend two hours before your house opens). There is no limit to how many users can be active in the Box Office Portal or Live Check In List at once. Anyone who is logged in can use the tools and all devices will update in real time as transactions occur, provided they are connected to the internet.
