What Reports Can I Run?

With ON THE STAGE you can create financial reports of all kinds in .html, .pdf, or excel formats. Available report types include:


Cash Sales Report
Details all cash sale orders processed at walk up. Includes the user who processed the sale, patron’s name, number of tickets, and cash sale amount.


Contact Export

View and export detailed reports of all the transactions and records associated with your production.


Credit Card Flat Fee Report
Summary of all credit card flat fees ($.30/order) your organization has incurred over a period of time.


Donations Report
Total donations made during a specific period of time. Includes the patron’s name, contact information, and amount donated.

PRO TIP:
Use the information in this report to thank patrons who have donated to your organization and provide end-of-year documentation for tax purposes.


Event Check-In Report
Details all information regarding ticket orders for a specific event date, including name, confirmation order, and order comments (may include disability notes or other special considerations for your patrons).

PRO TIP:
This report is a printable version of the Live Check In List. It can be used to check patrons in at the venue. For Reserved Seating events you may opt to cut along the lines indicated with a scissors icon to create makeshift paper tickets for patrons who want a reminder of their seat location.


Event Comments Report

This report allows you to view any comments left by patrons during the check our process.


Event Contact List Report
Includes all patron names and contact information for a specific event date.

PRO TIP:
Create this report in Excel format, copy all patrons’ email addresses, and paste them into the bcc: line of an email to communicate with all attendees at once (ex., to notify patrons in the event of a cancellation or time change).


Event Detailed Order Report
Comprehensive detail of ticket orders for a specific event date. Includes both cash and credit card sales. Indicates whether sales occurred online or in person, as well as the name of the user who processed any orders in the Box Office Portal.

PRO TIP:

You can use this report to find the total number of any comp ticket orders by checking to see if any subtotal's are $0.00, which may indicate that a comp ticket was issued to that individual.


Event Fees Report
This report allows you to view all fees associated with your event.


Event Sales Report
This report allows you to view all sales associated with your event.


Production Detailed Order Report
Comprehensive detail of ticket orders for an entire production. Includes both cash and credit card sales. Indicates whether sales occurred online or in person, as well as the name of the user who processed any orders in the Box Office Portal.

PRO TIP:
You can use this report to find the total number of comp ticket orders.


Merchandise Sales Report
Details all items sold, quantity, and profit earned.


Patron Attendance Report

This report allows you to see all patrons that checked in and attended an event.


Patron Detailed Order Report

This report allows you to view all patrons details associated with their order.


Production Fees Report


Production Sales Report


Production Settlement Report
Breakdown of all ticketing transactions for a given production, including online and walk up ticket sales, as well as fees deducted.
