Watching a livestream is perfect when you canât attend in person or want to invite friends virtuallyâbringing the event straight to your living room with no extra setup needed.
After purchasing a livestream ticket, you'll receive two emails: one immediately confirming your order and another within two hours before the show. This email includes a viewing link. When itâs time, click that link to enter a virtual waiting room (black screen until âLive in X minutesâ appears), then hit Play once the stream startsâand enjoy the show!

When you click the link, you will see the screen below.
If the venue has not yet turned on their livestream, there will be no "Live in X minutes" countdown visible like in the example above. The screen will be black. Some venues turn on their livestreams early, while others wait until the actual show time. Refresh your page every few minutes if you are in this virtual "waiting room" early.
Once you see an image, click on the play button in the middle of the screen.
