After purchasing a ticket for a Livestream event, watching it is the easy (and fun) part! You will receive the link in your mailbox twice.
The first time is in in your order confirmation. The second time will be within 2 hours of show time.
The email confirmation will look like the image below:
When you click the link, you will see the screen below.
Please note: if the venue has not yet turned on their livestream, there will be no "Live in X minutes" countdown visible like in the example above. The screen will be black. Some venues turn on their livestreams early, while others wait until the actual show time. Refresh your page every few minutes if you are in this virtual "waiting room" early.
Once you see an image, click on the play button in the middle of the screen.
