šŸ‘ŸWalk Through

Watching a livestream is perfect when you can’t attend in person or want to invite friends virtually—bringing the event straight to your living room with no extra setup needed.

After purchasing a livestream ticket, you'll receive two emails: one immediately confirming your order and another within two hours before the show. This email includes a viewing link. When it’s time, click that link to enter a virtual waiting room (black screen until ā€œLive in X minutesā€ appears), then hit Play once the stream starts—and enjoy the show!

The email confirmation will look like the image below:

When you click the link, you will see the screen below.

If the venue has not yet turned on their livestream, there will be no "Live in X minutes" countdown visible like in the example above. The screen will be black. Some venues turn on their livestreams early, while others wait until the actual show time. Refresh your page every few minutes if you are in this virtual "waiting room" early.

Once you see an image, click on the play button in the middle of the screen.

Enjoy the show!

šŸŽ“ Recap

This article guides ticket holders through accessing their livestream from On The Stage. After purchasing, you'll receive two emails containing the viewing link—one in your order confirmation and another approximately 2 hours before the show. Before the stream begins, you'll see a black "waiting room" screen; refresh periodically. Once the live video starts, simply click the play button and enjoy the performance.

šŸš€ Best Practices

  1. Keep an eye on your inbox - Save both the initial confirmation email and the reminder link—you’ll need either to access the livestream.

  2. Refresh early if needed - If you arrive before the livestream is active, refresh the page every few minutes until the live feed begins.

  3. Test access ahead of time - Log in and open the link a bit early to confirm your device, browser, and internet are ready once showtime arrives.

  4. Use a reliable internet connection - For smooth streaming, make sure you're connected to a stable network with at least 5 Mbps upload/download speed.

  5. Reach out for help if issues arise - If the video doesn't play or the screen stays black after the start time, contact CustomerSupport@onthestage.com promptly for assistance.
