After purchasing a Video on Demand ticket, activation is easy! Make sure that you are viewing the VOD within the available streaming dates.
The viewing time frame is visible in your confirmation email.
When you are ready to view, follow the link below "Your Viewing Link" in your confirmation email.
Once you click on the link, you will be brought to your venue's viewing page.
Enter your unique activation code (found just below the Viewing Link in your confirmation email) in the "Activation Code" bar, and you will be ready to view your performance.
Push Enter.
Push Start Stream.
Push the play button in the center of the screen. Now sit back and enjoy your show!

After purchasing access to a Video On Demand (VOD) show on On The Stage, you’ll receive an email with your access link when the video is ready, and you can watch it anytime during the viewing window set by the organizers. No need to download anything—just click the link, enter the activation code, and enjoy the show from your preferred device.
