OTS provides customer support through chat and email

Normal Business Hours:

Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST

You can expect a response within 24hrs during normal weekday business hours.

Nights/Weekends - Urgent Day of Show issues

Hours may vary depending on scheduled shows but are typically:

Monday-Friday 6pm-11:30pm EST

Saturday-Sunday 11am-11:30pm

Messaging Tool at www.onthestage.com or your OTS Dashboard

  • Tap the chat bubble icon in the lower right.

  • Tap Send us a New Message and type your message.

Note: Dashboard messaging is not necessarily real-time chat support. It functions like email. You will receive a response within 24hrs during normal business hours - Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST.

If it is an Urgent Day of Show issue, please let us know in the chat.

Email

If you're unable to access the messenger, you can email customersupport@onthestage.com. We kindly ask that you don't email multiple times with the same question. Sending another email before we've replied to the first one moves your message down in the queue, and we want to be sure we get to your questions asap.
