Please note: All images must be uploaded as a JPEG or PNG. WebP files do not work. (IPhone photo files).

When you upload a photo to your On The Stage dashboard, your photo is automatically cropped to best fit the page sizing requirements. This feature cuts down on a lot of editing when creating Cast and Creative pages. However, if you are uploading a photo with multiple focal points the automatic cropping can negatively distort your photo.

To correct this issue, On The Stage has created a cropping tool to allow show site builders the ability to go back and negate any automatic cropping that has occurred. The following steps will walk you through locating and utilizing this new feature.

  1. Using the sidebar menu, click the drop down arrow besides Website, and then the Cast tab.

  2. Click the Add Cast button to upload your chosen photo.

  3. Utilize the grey arrows on the corner of the cropping square to edit your photo!!

  4. Make sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

Remember, the same process can be followed to crop pictures on the Creative page.
