Setting Up a Program Ad Page

Updated over 2 weeks ago

To feature ads in your digital or printed program via Showgram, first design them using any layout software. Export each ad layout as a PNG, then upload each as its own custom page in Showgram. This ensures your ad partners get proper visibility and your program stays professionally formatted.

👟Walkthrough

  • Open a layout program (MS Word, MS PPT, Google Slides, etc)

  • Set up the page with images in order and requested size

    (Full, 1/2 page, 1/4 page)

  • Once images are in the desired layout, save the page as a PDF.

    Save each PDF individually

  • Open Showgram

  • Create a new page for each PDF you want to add

  • Name the page

  • Save the PDF as a PNG

  • Upload one PNG per page

  • Save

🚀 Best Practices

  • Stick to correct ad sizes: Keep sponsor expectations by using full, half, or quarter-page dimensions

  • Save each layout separately: One PNG per page keeps uploads clean and organized

  • Name pages clearly: Use sponsor or content names so it’s easy to track and reorder later

  • Preview in Showgram: Double-check formatting before finalizing for print or digital use

  • Use high-res images: Ensure logos and text are crisp and legible in both PDF and PNG format

  • Start early: Don’t wait until tech week—give yourself time to gather, format, and upload all sponsor materials
