View How Many Subscription Tickets a Patron Has Redeemed or Has Yet to Redeem

Need to know how many tickets a patron has left in their subscription? Here's how to do it.

Understanding a subscriber’s redemption status helps you:

  • Assist patrons accurately, by informing them how many credits they have left to use.

  • Avoid scheduling errors, ensuring guests don’t inadvertently redeem more than their allowance.

  • Monitor subscription uptake, identifying patterns and encouraging subscribers to use their remaining tickets.

On the Subscriptions page there is a column under the Subscribers section labeled 'Tickets Redeemed.'

In your dashboard’s Subscription section, locate a patron and use the View Subscription option. The system clearly displays:

  • How many tickets have been redeemed from their package.

  • How many tickets remain, indicating how many more events they're eligible to attend.

This visibility helps manage subscriber activity and enhances customer support.
