To enable presales after building your subscription package, go to the SHOW DETAILS section of each show in the package and scroll down to SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS.
To ensure this function is enabled, switch the radio button to red, indicating it is on.
Enter the start and end dates of your subscription presale.
🎭 Noteworthy: Only subscriptions can be sold during this time when you set the subscription presale. You cannot apply promo codes to subscriptions.
Presale code and subscriber windows can't be used at the same time. If you want only subscriber tickets active, remove the presale code.
