Offering subscription presales gives your audience exclusive early access while boosting anticipation and upfront revenue—it lets you reward loyal patrons and secure seats before general tickets are available.
👟Walkthrough
To enable presales after building your subscription package, go to the Show Details section of each show in the package and scroll down to Onsale Details.
To ensure this function is enabled, switch the radio button to red, indicating it is on.
Enter the start and end dates of your subscription presale.
🎭 Noteworthy: Only subscriptions can be sold during this time when you set the subscription presale. You cannot apply promo codes to subscriptions.
Presale code and subscriber windows can't be used at the same time. If you want only subscriber tickets active, remove the presale code.
🎓 Recap
Once your subscription package is set up, open each show’s Show Details, scroll to the Onsale Details section, enable the presale toggle, and enter your subscription presale start and end dates. During this window, only subscription holders can purchase—no promo codes or general ticket sales apply. Once presales close, regular ticket sales begin.
🚀 Best Practices
Plan your presale timing to build excitement—start it shortly after announcing your season.
