Select the show from your Show Details page and click on Box Office Portal.

Within the Box Office Portal, you can sell multiple subscriptions. Add them to the cart and process like regular tickets. A patron will receive a confirmation email with an access code and instructions about how to redeem their tickets.

If you're processing a ticket for a patron who already has a subscription, select the number of tickets they'd like to redeem under Subscription Ticket Types. Enter the patron's email.

This will bring up a list of all of the patron's active subscriptions.

Select the subscription where you'd like to apply the ticket, and click Done.

This will list subscription package info and how many tickets the patron has left.

Click Done.

You will receive a confirmation code for the order and the ability to Print the tickets.
