Updated over 3 weeks ago

There are a couple reasons why you might need to process comp tickets through the Box Office Portal:

  • You can process these tickets for guests that call or email to reserve their comp.

  • Processing comps can help you manage and track how many redemptions have been used.

👟Walk Through

Please be aware that the Comp function applies to all tickets in an order and brings the total dollar amount to zero. In other words, if your party is purchasing paid tickets along with a comp, you must process the comp separately.

  1. Select the number of tickets you wish to comp.

  2. Click the red Checkout to proceed to the next step. This will open a new screen.

  3. Select comp. Enter the patron’s name and contact information. While it is advised that you collect an email address in order to include all patrons on your mailing list, not all information is required in order to check out.

  4. Fill in the information and click the Purchase button to process the order.

  5. Your patrons will receive an order confirmation/receipt to the provided phone number or email immediately upon processing. The patron can use their name, confirmation code, or show the text to check in at the door.

🎭 Noteworthy: Comp tickets are subject to a $0.25 fee per ticket, which will be debited against your ticket sales. This fee does not apply to Platinum Plan Customers.
