You can easily add a registration form to collect important information from your attendees.
A hyperlink can be added on the About page for a registration form for participants, and also added in the order confirmation.
We recommend using messaging that states ‘Registration is not complete until the form is submitted.’
You can run a report to see who still needs to submit the form as well.
🎭 Noteworthy: Don't forget the registration page is also embeddable with the new ticket widget!
If you are an Empower or Platinum client, you have the option to add a form to your confirmation email in the "Show Details" page!
🎓 Recap:
This article explains how to add event registration forms to your On The Stage event pages. It covers the process of creating customized forms to collect specific information from attendees, including personal details, preferences, and any other relevant data for workshops, auditions, or non-ticketed events.
🚀 Best Practices:
Tailor Forms to Event Needs: Customize fields to capture the most relevant information for your event.
Keep Forms Simple: Limit the number of questions to make the process quick and easy for attendees.
Test Forms Before Launch: Ensure all fields are working correctly and data is captured accurately.
Use Conditional Fields: Add options that show or hide questions based on previous responses to streamline registration.
Monitor Responses: Regularly check form submissions to stay organized and follow up with registrants as needed.
