The function of the personnel requirement notification can be found by authorized persons in the menu.
Here, you can first view an overview of all personnel requirement notifications in which you yourself are involved (notifications that were created by you or those that still need to be processed by the respective person).
A new personnel requirement notification can be made via the orange plus symbol.
When creating a new personnel requisition, a predefined approval process is selected first, which can be created by administrators or authorized persons in the "Settings", under the "Organization" tab (see https://intercom.help/onapply/de/articles/7109551-personalbedarfsmeldung-1-schritt-genehmigungsprozess-definieren).
When you select the release process, you get an overview of all the people involved in the process.
The next step is to fill in all the fields that are required for the assessment of the staffing requirements report.
After entering the information, the first responsible person in the approval process is requested and receives an email notification regarding the pending approval.
The personnel requisition can be viewed via the respective menu item and then released or rejected.
After that, the release will go through with the next person, if that is what the approval process calls for.
If the personnel requirement notification was approved by all persons involved or if it is rejected by one person, the personnel requirement notification can be found under the corresponding tab ("Approved" or "Rejected") and the creator of the notification receives a corresponding e-mail notification.
Approved personnel requisitions can then be converted to an RFP by all individuals holding the respective authorization.
The conversion of a personnel requirement notification into a job advertisement, is identical to the previously known procedure of creating a new advertisement.
Only before the "Information" to be entered, a tab "Personnel Requirements" is displayed with the approved information.
