When you first log into OnboardFi, the Dashboard provides a snapshot of your recent onboarding activities, usage, and key performance metrics. This page helps you understand your team’s current onboarding effectiveness, track ongoing sessions, and monitor token usage at a glance.

  1. Overview Metrics

    • Onboards & Sessions:
Quickly see how many onboarding flows (Onboards) have been created or run over a given period, as well as the total number of Sessions.

    • Date Range Selector:
Use the date picker to customize the timeframe. This allows you to view metrics over the last 7 days, 30 days, or any other predefined window.

  2. Graphical Insights

    • Onboard & Session Trends:
A line graph displays how many Onboards and Sessions took place over time. Spikes can highlight launch events or promotional periods.

    • Hover for Details:
Move your cursor over any point on the graph to see more detailed statistics for that specific day.

  3. Usage-Based Pricing Metrics

    • Total Tokens Used (Input & Output):
Monitor how many tokens you’ve consumed to ensure you’re on track with your plan’s usage limits. Input tokens represent data your agents receive, while output tokens represent responses they generate.

    • Cost Insights:
Each token category includes a rate, helping you understand your current spending and forecast future usage costs.

  4. Agents & Sessions Limits

    • Remaining Agents:
Track how many AI Agents you’ve deployed versus your plan’s allowed maximum. This helps you plan when to upgrade if you need more capacity.

    • Remaining Sessions:
Keep tabs on how many user sessions you have left for the current period, ensuring you always have enough bandwidth to support your clients.

  5. Recent Onboards Table

    • Progress Indicators:
Quickly see the status of your most recent Onboards, including completion percentages and any pending steps.

    • Created By & Onboard Names:
Identify who launched each Onboard and what it’s called, making it easy to sort or search by team member or client.

    • Date Stamps & Updates:
Each record includes the date created and last updated, giving you a clear timeline of onboarding activity.
