Our service allows you to create A/B tests to test hypotheses of your WEb2App funnel. In this article, you will find instructions on how to create and configure A/B tests.

To create an A/B test:

  1. Select the "A/B tests" tab on the control panel.

  2. Then Select the WEB tab

Here you will find the "+ ADD TEST" option to create a test and a panel displaying information about the tests: "Name," "Link" "Variants," and "Actions."

Important: Before creating an A/B test, make sure you are in the correct project.

3. Click on +ADD TEST to create a test.

A window will open for setting up the A/B test.

4. Here you have to:

  • Name the test

  • Enter the alias for your link(optional) (the alias explanation is here)

  • Add or remove variants (at least 1 variant is mandatory)

  • Select WEB onboardings for different variants

  • Adjust the distribution of users to each variant using sliders

Please note that you need to create a separate Web onboarding link for each onboarding variant you want to test.

The names of the web onboarding links for the different variants will be displayed for selection.

5. Clicking on cancel will close the form without saving it

6. Clicking on Done will create your AB test

7. After AB test creation a link will be generated.

Following that link, the user will get variants with a set distribution.

Just copy it and paste it where you need.

You can delete the AB test or Update all AB test parameters(name, alias, variants, distribution) at any time.

Important Notes:

  1. All settings, such as redirect URLs, redirect parameters, and webHooks, will apply separately for each onboarding. To set them up, follow these instructions for each onboarding variant.

  2. To apply updates made in the onboarding selected for the A/B test, you need to update the web link within the onboarding using these instructions.
