Each cohort is the same length — five active weeks of reporting, with a short baseline week at the start.

Sign up early. We don't take requests once cohorts fill, but during enrollment you'll see which one you've been placed in before you finish.

Email us before your cohort begins and we can usually withdraw you and let someone else take your spot. See the Withdrawing from the program article for details on partial payouts.
