1. Program Rules

2. Your Address
Tell us where you live. This is how we confirm you're in LA County.
3. Consents
You'll see two consent screens — one for GoCarma (the app that powers the pilot) and one for the One Car Challenge itself. Read each and agree to continue.
4. Account Creation
Enter your details, then verify by phone and email. If you've used GoCarma before, you'll be invited to log in instead — no need to make a new account.
5. Payment Method
Choose how you'd like to be paid: a debit card (direct deposit via Stripe) or your email address (a virtual Visa via Tremendous).
6. Link Your TAP Card (optional)
If you already have an LA Metro TAP card, link it here so trips count automatically.
7. App Permissions
Allow location and notifications. We need location to verify trips and the parked vehicle's status. Notifications are how we'll remind you about your Sunday odometer report.
That's it — you're enrolled. The next thing you'll see is your assigned cohort and the dates your pilot runs.
