Just in time for summer, Climate First Bank is lowering the interest rate on its 30.5-year residential solar loan for a limited time.

Apply by: July 25, 2026
Requirement: Enrollment in automatic payments

Beginning April 23, qualifying customers can receive a reduced interest rate:

7.25% with autopay
(down from 8.00%)

This means lower monthly payments and greater long-term savings, making it even easier to close the sale.

The 1.00% interest rate discount applies only to new loan applications submitted on or after 4/23/2026 and no later than 11:59 p.m. EDT on 7/25/2026. 0.25% interest rate discount is available for other loan terms. The discounted rate applies only when enrolled in automatic payments.
