How to file a change order if notice to proceed (NTP) has already been issued.

If there needs to be a change in the amount financed for an installation contract after notice to proceed (NTP) has been issued, we will need a change order to process the loan modification.

Step 1: Head to your projects tab and find the project that needs the change order.

Step 2: Click the "Submit Change Order" button. Upload the new contract and provide a description of what changed, then hit submit. This new contract must be signed.

While the change order is being processed, the loan status will change to "Change Order Pending". Once the change order is complete, the status will be updated and the amount will be reflected in the project card.

If NTP has been issued, we will need to submit a modification for approval. If approved, there is a $250 modification fee, and we will have to resend loan documents for the customer to execute.
