Project statuses help you understand where a project stands at that moment, and what the next steps are. Each of your loan applications will have a status associated with it in your "Projects" tab. For some statuses, this may require action from your company.
Pending Decision
Pending Decision means that the loan application is being reviewed by the financial institution.
The customer may be asked to provide additional documentation to the bank for a final decision to be made.
Decisioned - Unable to Proceed/Project Closed
This project has been closed. The customer and the bank have been in conversation regarding the closing of this project.
Pending Solar Contract
This project is pending a signed installation contract. This can be uploaded to the project record.
The contract needs to be signed by the installer and the customer, and any non-PV items need to be itemized.
Pending Loan Doc Request
The bank is in communication with the client regarding additional information and/or consent before generating the customer's loan documents.
Loan Docs Requested
The bank is in the process of generating the loan documents for this client. When they are available for signing, they will receive an email. The project status will also update to "Loan Docs Sent - Client Notified". This can also be the status if the bank needs to resend loan documents for any reason, such as project updates or inaccuracies.
Loan Docs Sent - Client Notified
The customers loan documents have been sent via email. The customer has not signed them yet.
Docs Sent, Bank Processing
The customer has signed their loan documents. The bank is completing their review and will update the status when it is complete. This includes customer document review, loan package countersigning, and other final reviews.
Notice to Proceed Issued Solar Only
Notice to Proceed (NTP) has been issued. This project is ready for initial funding documents to be submitted.
Notice to Proceed Issued Solar and Roof
Notice to Proceed (NTP) has been issued. This project is ready for roof funding documents to be submitted.
Pending Roof Funding
The bank is reviewing the documents submitted for roof funding. The funding will be released once all documents are confirmed.
Roof Funded
The roof has been funded for this project. The project will now request the initial funding documents.
Pending Phase 1 Funding
The bank is reviewing the documents submitted for phase 1 funding. The funding will be released once all documents are confirmed.
Phase 1 Funded
Phase 1 has been funded for this project. The project will now request the final funding documents.
Pending Phase 2 Funding
The bank is reviewing the documents submitted for phase 2 funding. The funding will be released once all documents are confirmed.
Phase 2 Funded
Phase 2 has been funded for this project. This project is now successfully closed.
Change Order Pending
A change order has been uploaded for this project. The bank is in the process of updating the loan to match the new details. A notification will be sent when the change order is confirmed.
