Our Residential Solar and Battery Loans include separate solar project fee and loan origination fees. These are standard fees for consumer loans and are automatically rolled into the loan amount to be financed over the term of the loan.
The total origination fee for residential loans is $1,375, consisting of a $625 origination fee and a $750 solar project fee.
State-Specific Doc Stamps (if applicable)
Some states also require document stamps (Doc Stamps), which are calculated as a cost per $100 financed:
Florida (FL): $0.35 per $100 financed
Tennessee (TN): $0.35 per $100 financed
Maryland (MD): $0.90 per $100 financed
Alabama (AL): $0.15 per $100 financed
