Once an absence record has been closed, you have the ability to complete a Return to Work form for the returning employee.

The Return to Work form can be accessed via the absence record on the leave calendar, or in the Overview section of an employee's profile, once the absence record has been closed. Please see below:

Click Return to Work on either option, and with the employee present, complete the electronic form that pops up.
Once you have populated all areas, check the box marked Complete at the bottom on the page. Then click Update. This will send a E-Signature Request to the employee. Click Close.
The employee will receive an email prompting them to E-Sign the return to work form. A guide on how to use the E-Signature function on oneHR can be accessed via the link below:
