Verified businesses can now create a custom "short name" for their Google Business Profile to make it easier for customers to find them. The short name feature also allows for simpler link sharing across platforms. This feature not only makes your Google Business Profile more accessible, but it also makes it easier for your customers to access your profile to leave you a review.

Google short names and URLs are now available for most business and merchant types.
