The LocalResponse mobile app dashboard holds a lot of great information about your conversations. There are two tabs in the dashboard:

  • Conversations

  • Insights

Let's walkthrough them!

Conversations

The Conversations tab has a list of all incoming calls from latest to oldest. You can search by name or phone number.

Selecting a conversation will open a page with the details of the call:

  • Phone number of caller (the name of the contact will be shown if the customer is in LocalContacts)

  • Date and time of call

  • Which flow(s) the customer or prospect went through

  • Whether they are a new caller or not

  • The ability to play the call recording and voicemail audios

  • Transcriptions of the call and voicemail. This can be enabled.

  • The text message followup where applicable

To go to your conversation details, tap on the arrow next to the conversation you would like to see details on

  • Within the details page, you can directly message or call the contact. The “Message” button will open the LocalMessages conversation with the customer or prospect. The “Call” button will call the contact from your phone.

  • The “Contact” button will open the contact’s LocalContacts details. Here, you can edit the contact’s details, as well as email or request feedback via LocalReviews.

Insights

In the insights tab, you are able to view the follow for your LocalResponse over the past 30 days.

  • Total calls

  • Time saved

  • Average call duration

  • New vs. returning callers
